Lord, have mercy!

I’m sorry, but there is just something so wrong about a muffin that looks this humble and virtuous on the outside…

but has all this rich sugar-y orange-y cream-cheese-y sinfulness lurking within. These muffins remind me of something… what could it be?

Oh yeah, I know what they remind me of.

Who can say,

I have made my heart clean,

I am pure from my sin?

Proverbs 20:9

lol! ☺ Oh my but I want one of those! I so love those jadite plates of yours. Every time you post pics of them they give me pleasure ~ vicarious pleasure. I'm careless in reality & they would be unlikely to survive this house but I do love oggling them from a distance.

    Hmmm. Sinful muffin centres?

Should we start praying for them?

But seriously, it can be ironic the things God uses to get our attention.

What I want to know is, did you still eat the muffin?

    Centre and all?

Off topic but responding to you.

    Ok, about that clothesline envy…
You have an awesome porch. You can be just like the Amish are around here and tie your lines on the porch. All seasons are the same for them. Last time I dropped off candles at Rachel's home I bumped into the laundry hanging on the porch and it was stiff! Frozen solid. :-)
I wondered if it ever really dries.
    I didn't ask, though.

Sorry, Diane…I will try to appreciate my clothesline more.
