Are her hands yellow now? Mine always turn a bit yellowish after taking apart a pomegranate. ;)

yaya.. actually it was in the food pick-up that we do for the food pantry, so it was free! we had several, and the kids really enjoyed them☺

serena… no, but her fingernail beds turned an odd color. hee

    ganeida… me too♥

holly… we haven't had any round here for ages either. they didn't last long!

emily… oh, she loved it! they are slow eating, but it was the perfect thing for her to eat as we were watching a rather long movie (sense and sensibility adaptation) it lasted her through the whole thing and with some to spare;)

Yum! We just shared one this week. Afterward, I wiped up red juice squirts from our clothes, the table, the counter, the wall, the floor . . . it's worth it!

    Pomegranates are such romantic fruits.

I discovered them while touring the south of France and kept one with me for every train ride to a new city.
Now that sounds romantic, huh? Did I really do that, I wonder now :) Oh yeah that was in my bohemian art student back packs across Europe phase. So many many years ago.

Your picture brought back so many pleasant memories.
    Thanks,

    Ash
