    I agree Diane. It HURTS too. I was recently the victim of gossip in my own church…in my own Bible study group too! I have handled the situation with grace but we had to leave the group and it is just awful. Why people feel a need to speak badly against someone (especially when it's false!) is just BEYOND me! :(

    I always thought it an ironic twist that to talk against gossip is to nearly invite others to gossip about gossipers.

    So true my dear. I have been reading a book that has convicted me more then ever about being careful about my words and what I say and that sometimes it's best just to be quiet. And that gossip and slander is of the devil! Thank you for this post my dear! :o )

    it IS gross, and i have been pretty gross in my lifetime..
